Kagan
When Kagan came to Palboria is unclear. He does appear in some of the earliest myths about the gods, so it is believed he was part of the first wave. Kagan does not, however, sit on the Council of 12.
Domain
Kagan is a god of tricks and japery. Kagan is mostly affiliated with jesters, clowns, and the like. However, as a god of general mischief, Kagan delights in trickery and deception, leading many to associate him with espionage and spycraft.

Appearance
While Kagan takes on many forms in order to enact his mischief, his truest forms seem to be either a gray, dirty scavenger type canine, like a coyote, or a black or dark gray ram.
